During Netflix's extensive rebranding, the challenge was to convey its new identity and positioning consistently to a global audience of employees and partners. There were discrepancies in how the brand guidelines were applied to designs across different countries around the globe.
The goal of our design was to create an online brand guide accessible to all employees and partner companies. During the strategy phase, a key learning was that many companies didn't engage with extensive brand books. So, we opted for a user-friendly onboarding approach, delivering messages contextually through Netflix content.
This adaptable tool serves over 4,700 employees and partners, evolving with Netflix's content and culture.
